Eutaw Construction Company, Inc. mobilized and conducted debris removal for the City of Bay St. Louis, the town of Waveland and Hancock County, Mississippi. The work force consisted of a management staff as well as a quality control staff of over 175 people. Eutaw Construction performed debris removal, quality control services and management services under the Corps of Engineers contract #W912P8-05-D-0025 in Hancock County, Mississippi. Eutaw Construction assigned quality control supervisors and personnel to oversee the removal of every cubic yard hauled in Hancock County, Mississippi. The quality control personnel provided oversight on the activities of collection crews and responded to any requests or complaints from the contracting officer representative or property owners. Eutaw has managed and provided quality control services for approximately 5,200,000 cubic yards of debris. Eutaw provided labor, equipment and materials to operate and maintain the Temporary Debris Storage and Reduction Site on the Henley property in Hancock County. Track excavators, dozers, wheel loaders, water trucks, burners as well as other equipment were maintained at the site. Over 1,000,000 cubic yards were separated and reduced during the project. Eutaw construction managed one separation site and provided quality control to three separation sites for the duration of this project.
